Connecting SAP and Salesforce without the pain

A pragmatic pattern for joining ERP and CRM into one source of truth.

Data Practice
Software Everything

SAP is the backbone of enterprise resource planning, but it only delivers its full value when it's joined up with the rest of the estate — especially the CRM.

The pattern we favour keeps a clear boundary: ERP owns finance, supply chain and operations; CRM owns the customer; a well-governed integration layer syncs the fields that genuinely need to live in both.

The failure mode is trying to make one system do the other's job. Respect the boundary and the integration becomes maintainable.
